svip15 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "svip15", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the operator of the svip15 platform at svip15.net, its parent company, subsidiaries, and affiliated entities.
• "Platform" — refers to the svip15 website at svip15.net, any associated mobile applications, APIs, and all services offered thereon, including sportsbook, live casino, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and other gaming products.
• "Member", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who has registered a svip15 account and/or uses any service on the Platform.
• "Account" — refers to your registered member account on the svip15 Platform.
• "Balance" — refers to the total real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or matched deposit bonuses credited to your Account under a specific promotion.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and document verification process required by svip15 to confirm member identity and payment method ownership.
• "IDR / Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the exclusive currency used for all transactions on the svip15 Platform.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used by svip15 for all operational references including support hours, draw times, and settlement windows.

To register and use the svip15 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. svip15 does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through svip15 or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of svip15, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliated entities, or any game supplier or technology provider with access to non-public platform information.

svip15 targets English-preference players across Indonesia. While we welcome members from eligible jurisdictions internationally, our payment infrastructure, customer support, and promotional calendar are primarily designed for players located in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above.

To access real-money betting and gaming services on the svip15 Platform, you must complete the account registration process. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other details requested during registration.

• Select a strong, unique password for your svip15 account and update it regularly. svip15 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.

svip15 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at our sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, provided that any legitimate Balance held in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC verification.

svip15 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. KYC verification may be required at any point, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, upon reaching certain deposit or wagering thresholds, or when our compliance team flags an account for review.

Documents typically requested during KYC verification include:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, valid copy of a government-issued photo identification document such as a national identity card (KTP), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Age: Confirmation that you are at least 21 years of age, satisfied by the identity document above.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the bank account, e-wallet (such as OVO, DANA, or GoPay), or card used for deposits is registered in your own name.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe of being requested to do so may result in withdrawal processing being paused and, in cases of prolonged non-compliance, account suspension. svip15 handles all KYC documentation in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

svip15 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following methods: bank transfer through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja; and international cards via Visa and Mastercard.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and member verification tier.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. svip15 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned and may trigger an account review.
• Deposits are credited to your svip15 Balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases of technical delay, please contact our 24/7 support team via live chat.
• svip15 does not charge a deposit fee. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which svip15 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits made under an active bonus offer are subject to the bonus terms and conditions applicable to that promotion, including minimum deposit thresholds and wagering requirements.

svip15 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds, particularly for large or unusual deposit transactions, as part of our ongoing AML compliance obligations.

Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The average processing time for withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts and e-wallets is under three minutes, subject to the completion of applicable KYC verification.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply depending on your account verification tier and the payment method selected.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit into your svip15 account. svip15 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Where a deposit was made by bank transfer, the corresponding withdrawal will be processed back to the same bank account where operationally possible.
• KYC verification must be completed before svip15 processes any withdrawal request. Members who have not completed verification at the time of their first withdrawal request will be prompted to do so; withdrawal processing will be paused until verification is successfully completed.
• In cases where svip15 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, svip15 reserves the right to delay, hold, or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation. Members will be notified of any such hold and the reason for it, to the extent permitted by applicable law and without prejudicing an ongoing investigation.
• svip15 does not charge a withdrawal fee. Any charges applied by your receiving bank or e-wallet provider are outside our control.

svip15 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet offers, cashback promotions, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and major sporting tournaments including the AFF Cup and Champions League.

The following general conditions apply to all svip15 bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "turnover requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable turnover requirement is stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sportsbook wagers, and togel bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to members who have completed the minimum required verification tier and who are in good standing. Members who have been identified as bonus abusers or who have previously violated promotion terms are not eligible.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless a promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and the associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Abuse: svip15 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any associated winnings if we determine that a member has attempted to exploit or circumvent promotion terms, including through the use of multiple accounts, the placement of opposing bets to reduce risk, or any other irregular wagering strategy.

svip15 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Any such change will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in active use.

All bets placed and games played on the svip15 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product. Sportsbook bets are subject to the svip15 Sportsbook Rules published on the Platform. Casino and slot games are subject to the rules of the individual game as supplied by the relevant game studio (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe, among others).

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. svip15 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical error, system fault, or connectivity failure during a gaming session, svip15 will endeavour to restore the session to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, any bet that cannot be determined will be voided and the staked amount returned to the member's Balance.
• Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for international football, the Indonesian Football Association (PSSI) for BRI Liga 1 domestic results). In-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the moment the bet was confirmed as accepted.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win for the bet to be settled as a winner. If any single leg is void, that leg is removed from the accumulator and the remaining legs are settled accordingly.
• svip15 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a manifest error in the odds compilation process. Members will be notified and the staked amount returned to their Balance.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day. These limits are displayed in the sportsbook and game interfaces and may be updated periodically.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the svip15 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to register an account on your behalf.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to place bets or play games on your behalf without the express written consent of svip15.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game. Any member who identifies a bug or vulnerability is required to report it immediately to our support team rather than exploit it.
• Colluding with other members, employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location or identity while using the Platform.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party, acting as an agent for a third party, or otherwise using the Platform for commercial purposes other than your own personal entertainment.

svip15 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at any time. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, and prolonged account inactivity.

• Voluntary Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Any remaining Balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method following the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
• Inactive Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered inactive. svip15 may apply an inactivity fee of Rp 50.000 per month to inactive accounts with a positive Balance, after giving 30 days' prior notice by email. If the Balance is insufficient to cover the fee, the account will be closed and the remaining Balance returned.
• Closure for Breach: Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in full, subject to applicable law.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming purposes may do so through the Responsible Gaming tools available in their account settings. See Section 14 for further details.

All content on the svip15 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, user interface designs, software, text, and game content — is the property of svip15 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, or distribute any Platform content without the prior written consent of svip15.
• Use the svip15 name, logo, or branding in any manner that suggests affiliation with or endorsement by svip15 without our express written permission.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or server.

Game content made available on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and others). Your use of such content is subject to the terms imposed by those studios in addition to these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, svip15's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

svip15 shall not be liable to you for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage, howsoever arising.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, natural disasters, acts of government, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• The actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or other service providers integrated into the Platform.
• Losses arising from your own failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit svip15's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

svip15 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering an account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, svip15 collects personal data for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, customer support, and the delivery of personalised promotional communications (where you have opted in to receive them). We do not sell your personal data to third parties. In the event of a dispute between you and svip15 concerning your account, any bet or game outcome, or any other matter relating to your use of the Platform, please follow this escalation process:
